You've seen my best of the year..Now The Worst, courtesy of Flava Flav
This is so excruciatingly bad. I'm definitely one of the biggest PE fans in the world, but Flav continues to tarnish the legacy. Chuck, what are your feelings about this?

D.Black - Yesterday Live Performance and DJBooth.net series!
Video/MP3: D.Black - "Yesterday" Live Performance / DJBooth.net Freestyle
09.22.2009
D.Black Performs Ali'Yah's First Single Live, Releases Freestyle With DJBooth.net | ||
The Video & Song: With a song that has such positive undertones to it, D.Black shows us in this new video that he can channel those same energies in a live performance. Before jumping into the song "Yesterday," the lead single from the Seattle emcee's recently released Ali'Yah, D.Black addresses the crowd and speaks on how, as a community, we all must help each other create a better tomorrow. As he poetically states, "Each one, teach one." The energy between emcee and crowd is evident as D. Black dives right into the song after his intro speech and the crowd instantly vibes out for the rest of the track. Along with his live performances, D.Black has been keeping busy making sure the hip-hop community recognizes his name. In addition to recently wrapping up the filming for "Yesterday," which fans should expect in the near future, D.Black also recently joined the illustrious list of talented emcees to grace the DJBooth.net Weekly Freestyle Series, flipping a playful delivery over Jake One's underground favorite "Glow," creating a track so funky D.Black, rather appropriately, chose to name the new track "Double Black Stax With No Cheese." "Yesterday" Live Performance: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WbYN4h78rRg DJBooth.net Freestyle: http://media.audibletreats.com/D.Black-Double_Black_Stax_With_No_Cheese_DJBooth_Freestyle.mp3 Please post buy links! iTunes store link: http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewAlbum?id=330128082&s=143441 Be sure to check out "Keep On Going," the first single from D.Black's new album, featuring and produced by Vitamin D. The beat was also recently taken by 50 Cent from an old Vitamin D beat CD and used for the track "London Girl," which is featured on 50 Cent's War Angel LP: http://media.audibletreats.com/D_Black-Keep_On_Going_Feat_Vitamin_D_Prod_By_Vitamin_D.mp3 The Background: Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, D.Black's musical roots are deep, with his mother and father both involved in pioneering hip-hop groups in the Seattle music scene. In 2006, D.Black released his debut album, The Cause & Effect, a huge regional success, allowing the emcee to share the stage with Nas, Freeway, Bun B, Clipse, Paul Wall, The Boot Camp Click, and more. After being mentored by Vitamin D, a staple and veteran of the Seattle hip-hop scene, D.Black began making a name for himself by working on projects with producer Jake One. One such collaboration resulted in D.Black being featured on Jake One's White Van Music, on the track "God Like," helping to cement the Seattle emcee as a household name beyond the Pacific Northwest. Jake One and Vitamin D were also both instrumental in helping D.Black create his new album, offering guidance and production on the record. D.Black's new album, Ali'Yah, is nowavailable everywhere via Sportn' Life Records/MYX Music Label. Please contact Michelle or Dan if interested in talking with D.Black About MYX Music: MYX Music Label was founded in 2007 by industry veteran Karim Panni of the Boom Bap Project (Rhymesayers Entertainment). Brand New Veterano Mixtape - Latest and Greatest Vol. 1 - Hosted by Ras Kass!!
The good homie Veterano is one of the illest producers on the planet. I know this as a first hand fact, and this mixtape is just the beginning. Shots (and congrats) go out to Charles and HomeGrown Outfitters, and the homie Nino and Stash Magazine. Download this shit...NOW!
Veterano is a San Francisco-based Hip Hop producer whose name is discreetly associated with novices and veterans alike, including Kool G Rap, Ras Kass, Grafh, Akon, Slaughterhouse, Saigon and Nino Bless.
He’s already established a valuable impression on artists, and now Veterano’s prepared to make a parallel imprint on the industry. Latest and Greatest Vol. 1 is the producer’s first mixtape, intended to showcase his production proficiencies hailing across Hip Hop’s internet and radio airways without a proper introduction. "I want people who have heard these songs to know who was responsible for putting the back drop to these records. A lot of times great songs slip under the radar or there isn’t a proper recognition granted, so I feel I need to put it all together just so people know ", says the west coast producer.
Chosen to take the lead due to its sound accessibility, “Sparta” is the first single off of Latest and Greatest Vol. 1, featuring Ras Kass and Nino Bless. "It’s not super grimy, but it’s not super soft. The Hip Hop heads could enjoy it and the street dudes could appreciate the cutthroat lyrics and wordplay from Ras and Nino." The first single is accessible though Latest and Greatest Vol. 1 is distinctive from most mixtapes due to its producer-fashioned undertaking. “We are used to hearing rappers’ mixtapes, but rarely see producer mixtapes these days.” Veterano’s mixtape approach gains further distinctiveness due to its joint partnership with bay area based clothing company, HomeGrown Outfitters and Stash Magazine, a creative endeavor merging marketing with multiparty art.
In addition to the prominent artists mentioned above, Veterano’s rugged-style of production landed him collaborations with Hip Hop’s musicians across the map, ranging from Toronto’s Aristo to Planet Asia, Royce da 5’9 and more. As Veterano currently readies to release future projects through his own branding, Music Machine Works, Latest and Greatest Vol. 1 is available for download.

Kanye..IMHO..
OK, Let's all calm down...Kanye will be Kanye, and dipshits will be dipshits. Middle America (and even some towns closer to home) will be middle america. this guy Kanye is a millionaire..should we still think what he says is important? He started as one of us, and dealt with some tragedy (accident and moms), and made millions..dude isn't all there. His albums went from classic to borderline crap - and it shows what success can do to talented muhfuckas (see Lauryn hill)..
What he did at the VMA's was classic Kanye, classic ODB, classic Mariah on pills, classic Em locked in his mansion, classic Mike in his hypobaric chamber, classic TO after the Romo misfires, classic Moss after 1 season in Oakland...he ain't all there. And is it his fault? Hell no! You try living a week with all that pressure, all the paparazzi, all the blogs, all the drama...
Ye was being Ye and he told the truth. Fuck MTV, ehhh, but use them for what they are. You're preaching to the choir. Don't make a shit autotune pop album, then complain about pop.
At this point in the game, in his immortal words, you can't tell Ye nothing. He's on top. He isn't equipped to handle things like Jay, or even TI. But for ignant part time fans to blast on him and blare out the N Bomb? Grow up. then again, if you were watching the VMA's in the first place "I feel sorry for your mudduh." Commence..

This man is an alcoholic fuck...

This man needs to be fired. This man is well past his prime. This man drinks more than me and all my drunk friends combined. This man stopped trying long ago. This man ruins young players by not teaching them the fundamentals they need to survive in the NBA. This man has no right to be making personell decisions, seeing that he doesn't even care about basketball. This man has a problem....FUCK YOU NELLIE!

49ers Upset the Cardinals in Arizona - Week 1
What a game! I'm so glad football season is finally upon us. Our defense completely took AZ out of their game. The key? Pressure on Warner's bitch ass. He was on his ass all game, thanks to Justin Smith, Parys, Manny, and McDonald. On top of that PWillis had another monster game. His interception in the first half was crazy huge.
Now our offense is another story..completely uninventive play calling from Coach Raye. How many times are we gonna run Gore inside? How about a toss or a sweep, maybe a counter. AZ knew what was coming, and it wasn't until we opened things up, that we did some damage - The Bruce TD? Opened up. Nonetheless, the 80 yard drive was a nailbiter, and we showed a shit ton of heart.
Great win, over last years Superbowl runner up...and to think, these fuckers shoulda beat the Steelers last year and won it all. Niners FTW, the fucking Seattle Seafelons are next..and it's game 1 at home. Can't wait to tailgate next Sunday.

Vernon Davis - The 49er All Pro To Be - Niners FTW!
So, most of my peoples know that I'm a die hard 49er fan and a proud season ticket holder. The 2009-10 season starts tomorrow against the dreaded Arizona Cardinals. There's 2 things I hate more than anything in this worls - The Arizona Cardinals and the Seattle Seahawks...
My prediction is for a huge career year for my favorite player in the NFL, Mr. VD, Vernon Davis. Not only is he the best blocking TE in the business, but this year with the Jimmy raye offense, and the Singletary Captain cosign, VD will be at ease. I think (hope) he'll finally get the touches he deserves, that he didn't get under Hostler, Martz, Nolan, etc...All Pro, hands down.
And for the Niners...10-6 Wild Card - even with our tough ass schedule. There it is.
PS Fuck Kurt Warner and his worthless ass wife!

Kam Moye aka Supastition - Blue Skies MP3 (Prod. by Apollo Brown)
Kam Moye Teams With Producer Apollo Brown For This Breakup Anthem
The Song:
Kam Moye (aka Supastition) returns to close out this summer with a brand new breakup anthem, produced by Detroit's up and comer Apollo Brown. The track is "Blue Skies," but don't let the title throw you. The flowing lyrics are not about blue skies, but the lack thereof. Kam Moye rhymes about a relationship gone wrong and the frustration of trying to save face in public, a dilemma that many can relate to. About this theme, Kam states that, "The song isn't really about my own relationship, but more-so written from the standpoint of people close to me. It's about being with someone who seemed perfect in the beginning but somewhere down the line, just got too comfortable and became a big disappointment in your eyes." He raps, "When people see us in public they think it's all love, like, 'take a look at them two together, they got it all,' but little do they know we rarely get our problems solved. Most of the time I'm wishing that I was not involved." These straight forward, no BS lyrics combine with a looped, slightly eerie female vocal melody to preach the tracks message. "There are no blue skies." Be on the look out the debut Kam Moye album, Splitting Image via MYX Music Label. The album will be in stores October 27, 2009.
Clean version of "Blue Skies" for DJ's is included below.

The Background:
Kam Moye recorded two critically acclaimed albums and three EPs under the name of Supastition for labels Soulspazm Records and Rawkus Records. As Supastition, Kam has appeared on songs alongside well-respected artists such as KRS One, Little Brother, Royce the 5'9, Stoupe (Jedi Mind Tricks), Rhymefest, Elzhi, Bahamadia, Cunninlynguists, Akrobatik, and many others. In 2008, he chose to officially begin releasing music under his given name of Kam Moye instead of his rap alias. Kam released a free EP, Self-Centered, in June 2008, which received over 4000 downloads in less than 24 hours. His outspoken music video, "Black Enough?", garnered serious attention shortly after its release. His first full-length under the name Kam Moye, Splitting Image, is due out October 27 via MYX Music Label.
