Я мать 3-их детей. Живем в однокомнатной квартире. Так называемое Долговое агентство "Пристав" угрожаем в прямом смысле этого слова, продать мою квартиру. Якобы за большие долги перед банком. Хотя я плачу каждый месяц (есть квитанции), взятый когда то кредит в банке

Я вот только не пойме почему банк нарушает закон и к нему у властей нет никаких претензий? Хотя по закону сотрудник банка как минимум должен хотя бы связаться со мной и узнать по чему я недоплатила (ЭТО КАК МИНИМУМ) и затем провести реструктуризацию задолженности путем увеличения (продления) срока действия договоров с банком.(т.е продлить срок с соответствующим перерасчетом графика выплат) Этого почему то банк забыл сделать. А предложил погасить кредит не медленно. ( А я сейчас нахожусь в декретном отпуске по уходу за ребенком откуда у меня такие деньги что бы заплатить всю сумму кредита сразу?) И банк почему то передал все мои данные третьему лицу. Которые я так понимаю бывшие бандиты только как то странным образом леголизовавшиеся. В данный момент я опасаюсь за свою жизнь и жизнь своих 3-хи детей старшему всего 4года а младшему 6 месяцев.
Я хочу спросить юристов, правоохранительных органов это как так ,что даже банки не подавая (по закону в суд) почему то обращаются к бандитам. Это что ж такое делается?!!! Это значит у нас в России нет никакой правовой власти и на ее плюют все кому не лень. Я понимаю если человек не платит кредит и скрывается, дак на его и то подают в суд. А тут говорят (Долговое агентства "Пристав") прямым текстом готовьте квартиру ,в течении трех дней мы ее продадим. А детей куда?!!! А где наши правоохранительные органы?!!!?

Я мать 3-их детей. Живем в однокомнатной квартире. Так называемое Долговое агентство "Пристав" угрожаем в прямом смысле этого слова, продать мою квартиру. Якобы за большие долги перед банком. Хотя я плачу каждый месяц (есть квитанции), взятый когда то кредит в банке

Я вот только не пойме почему банк нарушает закон и к нему у властей нет никаких претензий? Хотя по закону сотрудник банка как минимум должен хотя бы связаться со мной и узнать по чему я недоплатила (ЭТО КАК МИНИМУМ) и затем провести реструктуризацию задолженности путем увеличения (продления) срока действия договоров с банком.(т.е продлить срок с соответствующим перерасчетом графика выплат) Этого почему то банк забыл сделать. А предложил погасить кредит не медленно. ( А я сейчас нахожусь в декретном отпуске по уходу за ребенком откуда у меня такие деньги что бы заплатить всю сумму кредита сразу?) И банк почему то передал все мои данные третьему лицу. Которые я так понимаю бывшие бандиты только как то странным образом леголизовавшиеся. В данный момент я опасаюсь за свою жизнь и жизнь своих 3-хи детей старшему всего 4года а младшему 6 месяцев.
Я хочу спросить юристов, правоохранительных органов это как так ,что даже банки не подавая (по закону в суд) почему то обращаются к бандитам. Это что ж такое делается?!!! Это значит у нас в России нет никакой правовой власти и на ее плюют все кому не лень. Я понимаю если человек не платит кредит и скрывается, дак на его и то подают в суд. А тут говорят (Долговое агентства "Пристав") прямым текстом готовьте квартиру ,в течении трех дней мы ее продадим. А детей куда?!!! А где наши правоохранительные органы?!!!?
Так как я не знаю адрес чтобы написать президенту и попросить о помощи. Я пытаюсь распространить эту статью в ресурсах интернета. В надежде что хоть какая ни будь добрая душа передаст эту статью на сайт президента или ее хотя бы заметят наши власти.
